Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst (Voice/Telecom
Project Focus).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to document voice
infrastructure and workflows
Lead analysis and documentation of requirements for migrating to a
cloud-based calling solution
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with
post-migration support
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis with
voice/telecom systems
Working knowledge of voice technologies and telecom
architecture
Experience capturing business and technical requirements in legacy
and cloud-based systems
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and
Excel
Strong understanding of data collection methodologies and
validation techniques
