UNIS was among the first in the supply chain industry to invest in the development of emerging technologies including IoT, block chain, drone, and cloud computing, and over time the Company has continued to innovate its software and enterprise solutions to further enhance its supply chain technology offering.WMS Helpdesk Analyst - Supply Chain Logistics / IT DepartmentLOCATION: Buena Park, CAOur WMS Helpdesk Analysts fill the critical role of supporting and help troubleshoot issues from Tier 1 and escalade when required to Application The Helpdesk Analysts are to support JIRA ticket system and provide details of issue.You will be asked to:* Support Helpdesk for WMS, YMS and TMS* Become the facilitator between the Operations and It Department that handles WMS, YMS and TMS* Build relationships with Operations and Building Managers* Build good communication with departments such as IT and developers* East Coast, Central and Pacific time support hours required* 24/7 On call rotation shiftProfessional assets that will help you succeed are:* WMS Experience 5 years minimum* Helpdesk experience* Transportation and Logistics Experience: A solid understanding of the Transportation and/or Logistics industry will allow you to make a greater impact sooner.* Facilitation skills: Ability to facilitate meetings and requirements definition and be a liaison between internal/external customers, developers and stakeholders* Analytical skills: Detail oriented with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.* Organizational skills: Ability to work with the vast array of information gathered during requirements analysis and to exercise flexibility with changing business priorities* Interpersonal skills: Ability to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among representatives from various business and development teams* Team skills: Works well with others; delivers positive energy to their team* Time Management skills: Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and consistently meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision* Modeling skills: Ability to represent requirements in graphical forms that clarify and augment written requirementsBenefits* Health insurance including medical, dental and vision* Paid vacation and company holidays* Paid Holidays
