Our team is deeply invested in the success of each project, ensuring the highest standards in design and execution.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Draftsman with a strong background in multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly skilled in drafting software, and capable of producing high-quality architectural drawings that meet all relevant codes and standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for multifamily projects, including ADUs and MDUs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
• Review and interpret project specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including permit applications and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior draftsmen and other team members.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the California Building Code (CBC).Benefits:
