A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service
Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients and customers to discuss healthcare
needs and benefits
Build rapport and effectively explain the healthcare program to
encourage member engagement
Resolve customer concerns and manage resistance while promoting
healthcare benefits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and
Display ports
