Job Description:
A company is looking for a Functional Safety Lead, Silicon.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Functional Safety activities, development methodology, and
assessments for custom automotive silicon
Collaborate with the safety team, engineers, and external partner
teams to ensure state-of-the-art practices and processes are
adopted
Architect creative solutions
Required Qualifications
MS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
8 years of technical experience in Functional Safety for
automotive
Complete understanding of automotive standards (e.g. ISO26262) and
application to silicon product life cycle
Leadership experience of in-house and partner teams
Hands-on experience with safety management tools, fault metric
analysis, FMEDAs, and implementation of safety mechanisms
