Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chinese/Mandarin Bilingual Part-Time
Telephone Interviewer (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality telephone surveys in a prompt and friendly
manner
Provide patients and healthcare consumers a voice to help clients
achieve excellence
Maintain daily contact with supervisory staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ability to clearly speak, read, write, and translate
Chinese/Mandarin and English
Basic computer skills with a personal computer or Mac and necessary
antivirus protection
Internet connection with upload/download speeds of 25 Mbps or
higher
Smartphone or tablet with a camera capable of reading a QR code for
two-factor authentication
Type at least 18 WPM
