Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide
advanced troubleshooting support for computer systems and
networks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting support and diagnose issues for a
user community
Perform routine user maintenance tasks and manage help desk tickets
to ensure timely resolution
Document help desk SOPs and support instructions for incident
resolution
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET
Clearance
2+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software
systems
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering)
Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with computer
systems and networks
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
