    Commission :
    Referring a Loan Officer - $100
    Additional $250 when the referred Loan Officer closes their first loan (one time payment)
    Referring a Broker - $100
    Additional $250 when the broker they referred close their first loan with Sun West (one time payment)
    Referring a Realtor - $100
    Additional 10bps for every loan that the realtor they referred closes a loan with Sun West .
