Title : Document Scanner Location: Buena Park, CA (90620) Job ID#: 65675 Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $15.00-$16.00/hr Job Summary

• Document scanning for retrieval from Laserfiche (document management system) per company procedures.
• Provide weekly status on all tasks (data submittals, quality management system, department/company tasks).
• Maintain document management (electronic files, logs, schedules), tracking and reporting tools relating to Subcontractor Data Requirements Listing (SDRL) data submittals.
• Ensures data accuracy, completeness of customer data submittals with on-time delivery through customer portal or ShareFile systems.
• Transfer and receive documents in compliance with laws and regulations following established incoming and outgoing technical data compliance procedures.
• Collect and report on process performance metrics.
• Monitor and assure all documentation requirements (markings) are satisfied in accordance with established company procedures.
• Maintain quality management system (electronic files, index) per established procedures.SKILLS REQUIRED
