Overview

Our F&B Service Support Team Members are key to creating exceptional experiences for our guests and in assisting fellow team members in the front of house area. You are one of the most versatile players in the F&B department and each day will be different than the next. This entry level position is a great opportunity to gain experience in our Food & Beverage team while working for one of the leading vacation destinations in the world.

Responsibilities

Picture yourself being a DRA at Big Sky Resort and ha ving the opportunity to :

Showcase your cleanliness standards by bussing areas and maintaining impeccable order

Assist our wait staff and bartenders in providing amazing service for our guests

Work the floor with a smile and run food when necessary

Demonstrate excellent communication skills while facilitating table turnover

Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience

Learn and follow our Boyne Standards, COVID 19 Cleaning procedures and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests

Qualifications

Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry

Possess a friendly attitude and a team player approach

Be driven to learn more and take on a variety of roles and responsibilities

Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area

Excel in an environment with varied tasks in an everchanging environment

Work within established standards and procedures

Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays

Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
