Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician III to join our technical support team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our security systems, ensuring optimal performance in safeguarding our clients' assets and premises. As part of our technical support division, you will handle complex troubleshooting tasks, provide support and maintenance for advanced security equipment, and play a key role in the seamless operation of our security infrastructure. Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a wide array of security equipment including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption. Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to guarantee system functionality and reliability. Provide detailed technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues, enhancing their understanding of systems and promoting security best practices. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and security trends to advise management on potential security enhancements. Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of technical operations. Proficiency in handling, installing, and repairing advanced security systems and equipment. In-depth understanding of electrical and electronic principles applicable to security systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and operation manuals. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Service Technician (CST) or equivalent. Certification in Network Security, CCTV, or Access Control Systems preferred.
