.NET Developer (Data) - San Diego - Contract to Hire

This industry-leading energy company is looking for a mid-level .NET Developer to join its dynamic team and contribute to the development of flagship products. In this role, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems, specifically focusing on software development, data management, and ETL processing. Who you are:

• 3+ years of Software Development experience, utilizing .NET Core/C#.
• Experience with SQL Server and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles including the design and maintenance of data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the team to provide development support for maintaining and improving data warehouses.
  • Design and implement solutions for data ingestion and transformation from various sources, including SQL servers and APIs.
  • Optimize queries for big data consumption.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.

    What does this position pay?
    Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
    
    The expected range for this role is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
