Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking to add a professional, personable, and passionate individual to our Field Team. -This position is a field driven and requires someone who enjoys meeting and interacting with different people daily. You will be exposed to a variety of IT Technology, Project Management, Customer Service, HIPAA, Compliance Rules and Regulations, EHR Systems, and Operations. - -Duties, Responsibilities and Skills:1. Possess the ability to make independent decisions and exercise discretion and judgment.2. Possess the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with personnel and residents.3. Able to be calm and level-headed in emergencies.4. Possess an ability to work harmoniously with others inside and outside the department. 5. Willing and able to seek out new methods and principles and to incorporate them into existing practices.6. Respond and communicate appropriately to written and oral requests for assistance from the field or from within the IT Department.7. Knowledgeable in the use of computers, networks, e-mail, spreadsheets, and document word processing8. Implement new hardware, infrastructure setup, and support.9. Analyze problems and implement solutions, including the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to solve problems.10. Provide on-site support as necessary.11. Provide support and incident management and communications for IT systems faults and service requests.12. Track issues to resolution and update tickets as needed.13. Assist with email or trouble ticket enquiries to resolve IT systems issues.14. Support desktop computers, laptops, phones, Wi-Fi, kiosk, time clocks, printers, and all other applications essential to day-to-day operations.15. Assist with creation and maintenance of documentation for systems and infrastructure. 16. Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the organization.17. Traveling is required and mandatory but not excessive.Knowledge, Abilities & Qualifications:1. 1-3 years of IT Field experience.2. In-depth technical knowledge of Windows, network basics. Citrix, Active Directory, O365, PointClickCare a plus.3. Assist department with design, build, and test activities related to new Wireless deployments, network upgrades, and technology/platform evaluations and projects4. Perform Wireless technology appraisals generating heat maps, site surveys, and performance reports.5. Root cause analysis experience and superior troubleshooting skills are a must.6. Experience with Service-Now ticketing system a plus.7. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.8. Participate in regularly scheduled updates, ensuring all business needs related to the daily operation of supported systems are met consistently on a timely basis.
