Job: Senior Accounting Manager (Accounts Payable/Expense)99 Ranch Market is the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, with over 61 store locations across 10 states and more to come. With our new expansion strategy and efforts in our cross-generational transition to continue growing our footprint across the country, we welcome YOU to join and grow alongside our family.Responsibilities:Manage and facilitate the entire P2P accounting cycle.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations, and resolve business and financial problems.Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing to ensure GL reconciliation, revenues and expenses recordings, and financial statement variances analysis meet deadlines.Reinforce and establish policies and procedures to ensure financial confidentiality and compliance.Provide continuous management and support of budget forecasting and related activities.Analyze and provide recommendations on business operations, including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues.Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Prepare financial management reports and support financial audits.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualification:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Additional education can be in lieu of experience.5 years of experience in accounting. Preferably in the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry.Expert knowledge of GAAP is required.The ability to manage and supervise a large team is required.Advanced communication and leadership skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines.Proven track record of negotiating payments and handling disputed charges.Proficient skill in using Excel, SAP, or other ERP accounting systems experience is a plus.A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Position Details:Employment type: Full Time.Location: 6338 Regio Ave., Buena Park, CA 90620.Salary:The pay range for this job is between $100k and $140k annually. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
