Volt is immediately hiring for Accounts Payable Clerks in Buena Park, CA.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and match invoices to purchase orders/receipts by identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment
• Respond to external vendors and internal departments regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process
• Contribute to department-wide automation and process improvement projects
  This is a full-time opportunity for a six-month project with one of the largest supermarket chains!
  
  The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience using Excel, SAP, or other ERP accounting systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • 10 stroke experience with 12,000 strokes an hour
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines
  • Three-way matching skills
    Pay Rate: $22.00 -$25.00 per hour
