The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership to clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising treatment plans, managing clinical staff performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and delivering training and mentorship to team members. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in fostering an environment focused on patient wellness and staff development. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience in Mental Health practices Proven expertise in Clinical Supervision, Behavioral Health, and Psychology Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clinical teams effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster a safe and productive environment Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Psychiatry, or Counseling Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is required Familiarity with local and state regulatory compliance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills
