Job Description Interventional Cardiologist Los Angeles, California Epic Cardiology Group is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join its established team serving the Los Angeles market, primarily supporting Centinela Hospital Medical Center with additional coverage at St. Francis Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing cardiovascular program with a strong STEMI volume and long-term partnership potential. What You'll Do - Perform a mix of interventional procedures and general cardiology - Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care - Cover STEMI call (approximately 90–120 STEMI cases annually) - Work Monday–Friday with every other week call - Round approximately two weekends per month at St. Francis (or as needed) - Collaborate with a team of 3 Interventional Cardiologists and 1 General Cardiologist What We're Looking For - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology with interventional training - Open to new graduates - Comfortable managing STEMI call responsibilities - Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented mindset Why You'll Love Working Here - $400,000–$450,000 annual income guarantee for Years 1–2 - Productivity bonus structure in Years 1–2 (retain earnings above threshold) - Transition to 65% of collections in Year 3 - Retain all STEMI stipends - 3-year partnership track - W-2 employment in Years 1–2; transition to 1099 in Year 3 - Malpractice insurance coverage About Prime Healthcare Founded in 2001 by Dr. Prem Reddy, Prime Healthcare is one of the largest physician-led health systems in the United States, with 51 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient locations across 14 states.
