hire a Family Medicine Physician to work in Brawley , CA, 2 hours

Provider: Family Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible Ideal
candidate will have strong work ethic, outstanding clinical skills
and strong desire to serve the medically underserved 18-22
patient/day Monday –Friday 8 hour shift. No weekends and no on call
We currently have two midlevel FM we also have Peds, WH, BH that
work at least 1 to 2 days per week. Ideal candidate will have a
strong work ethic, outstanding clinical skills and strong desire to
serve the medically underserved patient population Provides highest
standard of outpatient medical care to patients. Including
examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
Responsibility for all his activities. Including accurate charting,
good documentation of history, physical findings and assessment and
treatment plans; and keeps track of all seriously ill patients this
physician sees. Responsible for proper case management for patients
with chronic conditions. Arranges timely consultations with
specialists when needed by the patients. Knowledge and
implementation of community-based, patient-centered medical home
(PCMH) process with appropriate coordination of care. Profile
