skilled home healthcare and therapy for pediatrics, seniors,
veterans, and active duty military families. As a
Medicare-certified, VA-approved, Tricare-approved, and SDRC/
Self-Determination vendor provider, we are growing and seeking a
Physical Therapist (PT) . Overview: Dependable Nursing is seeking a
compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide
in-home services for a pediatric patient in the Ramona area. This
is a contractor role, ideal for someone who is looking to make a
direct impact with a family in need of consistent, high-quality
care. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy focused
on communication, feeding, and developmental support Develop and
implement customized treatment plans Partner with family members to
support carryover at home Document progress and coordinate care
with the broader care team Visits: 2 per week per case (flexible
schedule) Employment Type: Contractor Mileage reimbursement: No
Benefits: Self Schedule 401K Requirements: Active CA SLP License
Experience with pediatric patients strongly preferred Ability to
work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable
transportation to travel to patient’s home Insurance: Must carry
your own insurance
