Description The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). Required Qualifications: PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered Upon hire: Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible and where applicable Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
