Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Site Budgets and
Contracts (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume site contract agreements from initiation to
completion
Negotiate and execute clinical site agreements and budgets in
compliance with regulatory standards
Track and communicate contract issues to stakeholders and ensure
timely delivery of contracts and budgets
Required Qualifications
B.A/B.S. with 8+ years of relevant business or industry
experience
5+ years of experience in clinical budget negotiation, with strong
oncology experience
Experience with Grant Plan and/or paralegal/legal background is a
plus
Familiarity with clinical trial site agreements and confidentiality
agreements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and contracting management
software
