Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Telehealth) to provide
clinical support and care coordination services remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and triage patients based on
established protocols
Respond to patient inquiries via calls and secure messaging
portals
Document assessments and care coordination activities in electronic
medical records (EMRs)
Required Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in a compact
licensure state; Washington State licensure preferred
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in primary care, community
health, or ambulatory settings
Prior remote RN triage experience or telephone-based care delivery
preferred
Proficiency in using EMRs and standard office software
Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical
protocols
