A Successful Low Code Full Stack Senior Tech Lead with a blend of skills in business processes and technology as well as proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. This position will be customer-facing responsible for delivering business transformation & technology projects. Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Additional Educational Requirements : In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations Minimum Years of Experience : 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study : Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Engineering Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success by: Deep Subject matter expertise in Microsoft stack and Power Platform. Utilizing deep technical and product expertise, and understanding our customer---s needs to solve complex business challenges. Working with leadership on strategic initiatives. Owning, managing and driving program initiatives. Supporting internal teams, customers and support teams throughout the project implementation phase. Documenting solutions and maintaining best practices. Managing overall build & testing cycles. Presenting project status and deliveries to stakeholders and user-level audiences. Participating in recruiting and ramping up a global support team. Coaching/mentoring new hires & developing/presenting training. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by: Power Platform Pro-Dev Expertise: PowerApps (Canvas, Portal and Model Driven Apps), PCF components, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, C# Plugins, Javascript, TypeScript, Liquid, M, DAX, JSON. Demonstrating proven expertise and hands-on experience with Azure such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse,Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions. Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Microsoft based technologies (server and client side), C# .NET Core based development and associated technology stacks. Architecting, designing and implementing multi-tenant end to end enterprise solutions. Possessing knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery). Designing and developing Javascript web applications using React JS, Express (Node.Js), CSS3, HTML5. Understanding of source code version control, including the use of Git repositories. Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) & Agile/Scrum methodologies. Developing middleware, integration and messaging systems using REST APIs and popular message bus platforms (:Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Event Hub). Possessing knowledge in Azure Cloud Storage - Azure Blob Storage, ADLS Gen 2. Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, ML Ops and ML. Utilizing CI/CD workflows using build and release automation in Jira. Demonstrating experience with Azure APIM. Understanding of event-driven, asynchronous programming concepts and best practice application design principles. Demonstrating experience with relational database design and querying using Synapse, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL. Understanding of NoSQL Databases and Serverless Architecture using Azure Function.
