A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager
(Fractional).
Key Responsibilities
Lead RCM strategy focused on Medicare and commercial payer
optimization
Drive coding improvements and oversee credentialing workflows
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and advise on performance
improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
Athenahealth EMR experience (non-negotiable)
Leadership experience managing coding, credentialing, and billing
operations
Proven track record in process improvement and revenue
optimization
Deep knowledge of CMS, Medicare reimbursement, and ALF billing
workflows
