A company is looking for a Director, Global Renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build the Global Renewals Function, including hiring and
establishing processes
Own the renewal forecasting, execution, and performance
globally
Design the renewal strategy and drive cross-functional alignment
for effective management
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in revenue leadership, customer success, or
renewals in SaaS or B2B environments
Proven experience in building and scaling a renewals function
Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and customer lifecycle
models
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving retention
goals
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on systems and automation
