The perfect candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, sales recognition, and cash management. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounts receivables, including establishing credit lines, overseeing bank transactions, and implementing credit controls. This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health of our company and requires someone with a solid understanding of retail, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. Mandarin language skills are REQUIRED.Responsibilities:As an AR Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:1. Managing the entire accounts receivable process from sales recognition to cash collection.2. Establishing and monitoring credit lines for new and existing customers, ensuring credit worthiness. These customers are often overseas.3. Overseeing all bank transactions related to accounts receivable.4. Implementing effective credit control measures to minimize risk and bad debts.5. Conducting regular credit analysis to identify potential financial risks.6. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.7. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.8. Preparing regular financial and performance reports for senior management.9. Collaborating with other finance team members to improve financial processes and systems.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the AR Manager position should possess the following qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.2. Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role.3. Expert knowledge of credit analysis, cash management, and sales recognition.4. Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, and finance sectors.5. Proficiency in Mandarin is REQUIRED6. Strong understanding of bank transactions and credit controls.7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.9.
