As an expert in HR systems management the HRIS/SA will be the business owner for the company's HRIS software and will lead the project to connect HR and related Finance systems in the most efficient way. This is a relevant project that will support company wide initiatives and contribute to gain efficiency and support expansion. He/she will play a key leadership role in defining how HR systems can be optimized to provide an amazing employee experience that supports the team to become a high impact HR organization.
To help him/her in this task, he/she will manage the HRIS team with HRIS 3 specialists distributed in different countries.
