Experienced Business Process Analyst (Hybrid) Company: The
Boeing Company As the centrally-managed test and evaluation
organization of The Boeing Company, Boeing Test and Evaluation
(BT&E) verifies and validates the company’s products and
services, ensuring they operate. BT&E is seeking an Experienced
Business Process Analyst to join our Quality team in Seal Beach,
CA; Mesa, AZ; Seattle, WA; or Berkeley, MO . This person will
partner with functional experts across the BT&E organization to
ensure that the processes and procedures that are utilized in the
execution of day to day operations are well documented and in
compliance with all applicable and industry standards. You’ll be
able to provide your expertise to make recommendations and to
identify opportunities to eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify
processes documents while encourages the team to achieve
architectural compliance. Position Responsibilities: Facilitates
cross-functional teams focused on single business processes with
limited integration/impact with other processes Facilitates
effective structured process and product team meetings with
appropriate use of process methods and tools Assists in the
preparation of meeting materials and recording, and communicating
the results Collects, analyzes and documents requirements from
process owners Applies basic process, data, and
applications/systems architecture Contracts with customer and/or
charter project, design a process workshop based on customer
requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to
affected parties Influences, negotiates, and acts as a change agent
with a diverse audience Supports strategic planning efforts by
researching established procedures and guidelines Learns basics of
business strategy and workshop modeling Learns to lead development
of new metrics and actionable information to improve productivity,
increase quality, and lower cost Learns to lead data analyses for
purpose of opportunity identification and prioritization and
recommends process improvement projects Helps to evolves data
analysis methods; to guide PIE Systems to continually advance in
analytics maturity Provides visibility and awareness of data
analytics processes and tools and lead implementation of data
analytic platforms within design center engineering teams
Identifies and creates qualitative or quantitative measures of
success and failure Demonstrates familiarity and use of Project
Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary
to assist project leaders Supports the team by collecting task
status and creating visibility materials of project, as required
Utilizes and complies with the current documentation framework and
standards Assists in efforts to identify opportunities to
eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify process documents Supports
the transition from traditional documentation standards to evolving
data and information management standards by entering and modifying
process data to fit the standards Assists with coordination of
reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation,
as required Develops or assists with developing process standards,
guidelines, methods and tools Provides support to teams to work
within, integrate with or improve the existing process architecture
Encourages the team to achieve architectural compliance Researches
existing business architectural data and providing to teams in
support of integration and architectural compliance efforts This
position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be
required to perform majority of work onsite at one of the listed
location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could
potentially change in the future. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): This position must meet U.S. export control
compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance
requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is
required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National,
lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee Bachelors degree or
higher 5 years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite 3
years experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing
analysis and presenting data 3 years experience developing
compliance and process documents 3 years experience with document
and records management Experience with system architectures
ensuring that application integration into the overall system
architecture Experience with technical writing and editing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Demonstrated
ability to create executive level presentations 3 years experience
current or prior Boeing and/or related industry experience 3 years
experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational
teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions 3
years experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail,
accuracy and quality were paramount Experience with corporate
audit, quality assurance, corporate governance or other relevant
experience Experience in engineering project planning or project
management Process management experience/documentation governance

Summary Pay Range: $89,250 - $120,800 Language Requirements: Not
