Key Consulting is recruiting a Project Engineer for a consulting
engagement with our direct client, a leading global biotechnology
company. Job Description: Ideal candidate: 2-3 YOE max. Liaison
between many teams. Plant engineering (production side) background
in chemical engineering. Engineering overall Preferred
pharmaceutical background, looking for 3 years industry experience.
Equipment reliability Proficient in tools such as Smartsheet's and
Miro boards for project management and visualization purposes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We are
seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing
various projects and initiatives, ensuring that tasks are completed
efficiently, and deadlines are met. Engineer will play a critical
role in initiatives planning, execution, and closing, in addition
to handling administrative tasks and supporting the team in various
capacities. This position requires exceptional organizational
skills, attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent
communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and
close projects efficiently and on time. Follow up on project tasks,
ensuring that they are completed according to schedule. Manage
countermeasures to address project challenges and obstacles.
Equipment qualification and validation experience is big plus
Process Improvement: Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and suggest improvements. Analyze and review metrics to identify
trends and areas for improvement. Gather reliability data and
utilize it for decision-making processes. Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative tasks to support the team's
operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to
projects and team activities. Communication and Collaboration: Run
effective team meetings, ensuring all necessary topics are covered.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
Follow up with vendors and maintain positive working relationships.
Technical Expertise: Utilize strong engineering and technical
background to understand complex project requirements. Create and
review technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Presentation and Documentation: Create visually appealing and
informative slides for presentations. Proficient in tools such as
Smartsheets and Mirro boards for project management and
visualization purposes. Event Organization: Organize team events
and activities to foster collaboration and team spirit.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
engineering or related field. Proven experience in project
management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets and
Mirro boards. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to
gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Detail-oriented and capable of following up on tasks and actions.
Ability to create engaging and informative presentations. Prior
experience in event organization is a plus. Reliable,
self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a
team. Basic Qualifications: Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2
years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience
