Location - Poway, CA Shift - 1st Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM Mon - Fri) Pay Rate - $20 - 25/HR depending on experience Job Description This role involves the assembly of products according to prescribed specifications, ensuring efficient machine operations. The position requires attention to detail in detecting workmanship defects and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities Perform soldering and assembly tasks following company guidelines. Interpret drawings and assembly instructions, both verbal and written. Operate production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards. Properly use hand tools as required for tasks. Identify and report any workmanship defects or flaws immediately to management. Detect and report any machine or tool malfunctions. Prepare parts for painting and/or shipping, including gluing, taping, and cleaning. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Document production activities as requested. Count, package, label, or bag produced parts or raw materials for kitting. Work individually and within a team as needed. Essential Skills Soldering experience of at least 6 months to 1 year. Recent EM assembly experience within the past 1 to 2 years. Proficiency in electronic assembly and surface mount techniques. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Understanding of IPC 610 standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in hand soldering and assembly techniques. Why Work Here? The role operates on a first shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The team works in a start-up environment where the production floor is partially complete, continually improving to create a state-of-the-art setting.
