Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Wilmington, NC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) for a contract position running from ASAP through the end of
the school year (EOSY). This role focuses on providing speech and
language services to students across all grade levels, helping
support their communication development and educational success.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech,
language, and communication disorders in students K-12. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment
results. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to
monitor student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and
comply with state and federal regulations. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to individualized education programs
(IEPs). Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) certification. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred. Experience working in K-12 educational settings. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Location:
Wilmington, NC Duration: Contract through end of school year
