Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide occupational therapy services for students in a K-12 school setting located in Canyon Country, CA. This contract position begins mid-February and extends through the end of the school year, with the possibility of continuing into the following school year. The role involves working with preschool through 6th grade students across two different school sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver school-based occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Participate in assessments, write reports, and maintain accurate student records. Support students functional, sensory, and motor development in the classroom environment. Communicate progress and recommendations regularly with the educational team. Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license. Previous experience working in a school-based OT role is required. Familiarity with preschool and early elementary student populations. Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain efficient schedules. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students and staff. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours daily (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Two separate school sites serving preschool to 6th grade.
