Reports to: SERVICE DIRECTOR Position Information: Requests,
reviews and analyzes dealers repair orders to ensure claims/appeals
are processed correctly and adheres to warranty policies and
procedures. Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in
accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines, third party
warranties as well as the manufacturer warranty claims. Special
Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
quickly. General math skills. Ability to use personal computer
applications including word processing and spreadsheet
