Interventional spine and regenerative medical clinic/Surgery Center is looking to fill position for FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST.Positions are for our Buena Park and Koreatown Los Angeles locations.Immediate starting positions available.NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, but needs to be able to multitask and be efficient.REQUIRMENT:Fluency in Korean and English REQUIRED.Candidates with be part of an advanced interventional pain, orthopedic, and regenerative medicine practice. We utilize cutting edge fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided injections, procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries. We also have a brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center in the adjacent suite where surgeries are performed. We strive to focus on treating each patient with the utmost care and respect. Be part of a growing and modern medical practice.Candidate will schedule patients, answer phones, adminstrative work, coordinate care with medical assistants and medical providers in a growing medical center. We are a near near paperless practice focused on technology solutions, while maintaining HIPAA. Must be experienced with Windows PC and Apple devices. We use iPads, excel, electronic medical records, VoIP phone systems, Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams, efax, PDF, etc.Must be professional in appearance and personable with good bedside manner.Must be able to multitask and take initiative as we are a busy and fast paced practice.Must be eligible for legal work in United StatesEmployment Type: Full Time Preferred.Compensation: $18-$22/hourEmployee Benefits: 401K, Pension Plan, and Medical InsuranceAdditional opportunites and experience at our adjacent Ambulatory Surgery Center in Buena Park.
