Job Description We are seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday job is located in Buena Park for LA's Totally Awesome Products. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ---Strong organizational skills Company Description This will be a position thru our staffing provider BaronHR. Conversion to full time company employee will be based on performance. (Typically within 3 months or 520 hours)
