Job Description Job Description About this role This role is critical in maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable financial information. Reporting to the Controller, the position will be deeply involved in month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, providing high-level support to business needs and working closely with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues. A team-oriented mindset is essential. Essential Duties Prepare complex journal entries, month-end close, and reconciliations Assist with financial statements, budgets, tax compliance, and audits Review financial performance with managers and keep records organized Qualifications 3 years' accounting/finance experience, bachelor's degree required Strong GAAP knowledge; wholesale/distribution experience preferred High-volume transaction and fast-growth environment experience Proficient in Excel/Outlook; QuickBooks/Sage X3 a plus Strong communicator, self-starter, and team collaborator
