Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Collector who must reside in
Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and
federal collections laws and regulations
Perform all tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a positive
customer service attitude
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Access to high-speed internet with specific requirements
FDCPA knowledge preferred
Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time
